Damage Protection Policy: If an item is damaged during transportation by AC Delivers, Inc. (ACD), then ACD's responsibility is limited to the cost of repairs to the shipment. ACD may, at their sole option, cause any damaged item(s) to be repaired or restored by their designee and such repair and/or restoration shall exonerate ACD from any further claims or damages whatsoever. ACD will not be held responsible for any items that are not wrapped, packaged or crated by ACD unless there is conspicuous and corresponding evident damage to the outside of the container, box, crate, or wrappings. ACD is not liable for loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, or non-delivery not caused by its own negligence; or any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, or non-delivery caused by the act, default, or omission of consignee, consignor or any other party who claims interest in the shipment, the nature of the shipment or any defect, or any characteristic thereof; acts of God, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority of law, acts or omissions of customs or quarantine officials, riots, strikes or other local disputes, civil commotion, hazard incident to a state of war, weather conditions or mechanical delay of the aircraft or acts or omissions of any person other than ACD including compliance with delivery instruction from shipper or consignee, any mechanical failure of any electronics, musical instruments, appliances, clocks, radios, cameras, or other mechanical or electronic items of any kind or nature, any claims for damage where such damage recurred in a place where prior damage was previously repaired or restored, any claims or damages resulting from or to finishes incompletely or adequately cured or dried, or which were previously broken down from age, abuse, or otherwise, any claims for loss or damage to abandoned goods or for shipments refused, delayed, redelivered, mis-delivered, or not delivered by any reason of the fault of customer, whether in the possession of ACD, Carrier, or any third party, any internal, unsecured, or insufficiently secured, or other inherent vice contained within item(s) shipped which results in damage to item(s), spoilage, contamination, freezing, rusting, extremes of temperature or air pressure, shrinkage, evaporation, change in flavor, appearance, or texture. Consequential Damages AC Delivers, Inc. shall not be liable in any
event for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not
limited to, loss of profits, interest, or income whether or not carrier had
knowledge that such damages might be incurred. Report of Loss Customer must report with an email a notice
of loss due to damage or shortage within five (5) days of delivery to shipping@acdelivers.com If you have questions regarding this policy,
