Quotes & Delivery Service:

When you call or e-mail AC Delivers to ship your fine and antique furniture items, we will give you an exact price quote for our in home delivery service to the first floor of your home, office, or storage unit. (Quotes are good for 30 days!!) There are no additional or hidden fuel surcharges — all quotes are tailored to your needs & your personalized quote will not change overnight while you wait for that eBay auction to end!!

Once you have received your personalized shipping quote with us, please call to book it in! Once you have called & arranged shipping with AC Delivers, we will:

Ø     Arrive at the pick-up location & provide our signature complimentary blanket & shrink wrap service to safeguard your fragile items during shipment

Ø     If you have opted for our Damage Protection Plan, we will compile a condition report of the items you have purchased so you can be assured that your item arrived in the same condition as it left

Ø     Email notification to the delivery customer when their item has been picked up

Ø     Upon delivery, bring the item(s) directly to the first floor of the buyer’s home and assist with set up & placement of items for up to 30 minute (if needed, additional time can be scheduled at booking), and

Ø     Dispose of all shipping & packing materials on our way out of your home or office!

For most types of delivery, neither the pickup nor delivery customers will have to lift a finger. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:

Ø     Quotes are only good for first floor deliveries, and do not include additional charges for flights of stairs, crated items, or reflect the cost of crate & driveway delivery service.

Ø     Large or heavy items (like pianos) may require two men to assist the drivers at both the pick-up & delivery locations.  We will notify you if your item qualifies for our “two man rule” when we provide you with a quote.

Ø     If there is a flight of stairs involved at either the pick up or delivery locations, it is left to the driver’s discretion whether it is safe to both the driver and the antique(s) being moved whether or not it is safe to move said item(s) up & down the stairs (additional charges will apply).

Ø     There is an additional charge for items to be carried up or down stairs. This will be billed at $60.00 an hour, to be billed in 15 minute increments. Fees are to be paid at the time of delivery, and these fees go directly to the driver.

Ø     Set up is limited to 30 minutes per delivery. Additional time for set up can be arranged either at the time of booking or at the time of delivery & is billed at $85 per hour in 1-hour increments.
